I am a fraud expert with over 25 years of experience in financial services technology. The fraud prevention solutions I have led are used by the largest financial institutions in North America and Europe, as well as community banks and credit unions. In 2021 I created a new solution to proactively detect scams and account takeover attempts winning the Innovation Award from the National Association of Federal Credit Unions. In addition to my real-world experience, I also have a certificate in Fraud Analytics with AI/ML.
